Chakras

Gemstones and Chakras are an ancient combination. Gemstones can play an important role in the functioning of the Chakras due to their unique properties, such as clearing energetic blockages.
Gemstones and Chakras are an ancient combination

Chakras are the energy centers of the body. Everyone has them. They are located in the astral body, along the spine, starting at the base and running up to the crown of the head. The chakras radiate a specific color and energy. Each chakra in turn is connected to spiritual, emotional, psychological and physical aspects. A blockage in a chakra can lead to an imbalance that can result in both physical and mental problems. We live in a world of energy. Everything is energy. We "are" not just a body, but a complete energy system that unites all levels of BEING. What we think, feel, eat and hear affects every cell in our body. It narrows or expands our energy field and stimulates our vitality and the amount of resilience we experience. Each chakra has its own energy field.

"If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration" - Nikola Tesla

There are seven main chakras that play an important role in the well-being of the body and mind. The three lowest chakras (Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra) are located below the diaphragm. These chakras are known for their feminine energy because they are primarily receiving. They take in energy from the earth and the immediate environment. They connect us to the earth, are concerned with how we manage life using our instincts. They fall into the category of magnetic energy, while the upper chakras are electric by nature.

The upper four chakras (Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, Crown Chakra) are known as the male chakras. They are primarily concerned with releasing energy in the form of love, communication, healthy attitudes and inner reflection. They connect us to the source of all energy in the universe and become active as soon as we become spiritual and capable of love. These chakras are interdependent. If one of the chakras is closed, others will compensate by maintaining the life force.

Because each chakra has an influence on certain feelings and/or body parts, emotional or physical problems arise when a chakra is too little or too much active. Therefore, it is important that a chakra works as it should. It would be ideal if they were all mutually balanced, but that's not often the case. Fortunately, there are techniques to stimulate all seven.

Chakras respond to our thoughts, words and attitudes. They reflect our belief system in the level of energy they filter. If you were to look at the way you judge (condemn) yourself and limit your own pleasure and well-being with this, you would understand that in doing so you also limit your energy. Self-examination, examining thoughts and beliefs, how you stand in life, can help to increase your vitality, health and happiness. Energy follows thought. For example, if we believe that life is hard and that we should avoid risks, our energy system will be reserved and limited. Energy flow will be slower, especially in the first three chakras, which contain the unconscious attitude of family/community. When we believe that life will prevail and it is best to take a gamble, we experience energy in abundance. When you are aware that everything is energy, you have great power in your hands.

Gemstones can play an important role in the functioning of the chakras because of their unique properties such as color, shape and composition. Gemstones can, for example, release and dissolve energy blockages in the body so that the energy can flow properly again. This makes gemstones and chakras a beautiful combination.
