As soon as your payment has been received, we pack your gemstones with care. We ship on fixed shipping days: as a rule, all orders leave our door on Monday morning, Wednesday morning, and Saturday morning via PostNL. If you order on a Tuesday, for example, your package is already on its way Wednesday morning. By bundling our shipments, the courier needs to stop by less often, and that way we keep the footprint of your order as small as possible.
You will always receive an email with a Track&Trace code, so you can follow exactly when your order will be delivered. Around public holidays and vacation periods, our shipping days may differ slightly; if that is the case, we will let you know.
A small piece of jewelry or a single stone often fits in a letterbox parcel. Larger orders are shipped as a standard parcel. Size is not the only factor, though: for an order of higher value we sometimes deliberately choose a standard parcel, because it is better protected and delivered with Track&Trace. You will see which options are available for your order during checkout.

All shipping costs include VAT. The price shown during checkout is always the one that applies.
Not happy with a product after all, or is it not what you expected? No problem. After receipt, you have 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason, and then another 14 days to send the product back to us.
Register your return using the form on this page by entering your order number and postal code. Does that not work? Then an email to info@kristalmeester.nl is all it takes. Please clearly state your order number, so we can process your return right away.
You will receive the full order amount back, including the original shipping costs. Only the cost of sending the package back is at your own expense; this is approximately €7.25 per package, depending on your carrier. As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will refund the amount within 14 days of registration via the payment method you used.
Please return the product with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Pack your gemstones well, so they survive the journey back to us in one piece. If a product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect the product, we may unfortunately have to charge for that reduction in value.

Would you rather exchange a product for a different stone or piece of jewelry? That is possible to a limited extent. Send an email with your order number to info@kristalmeester.nl within 14 days of receipt, and we will look together at what is possible. For an exchange, we charge the additional shipping costs and settle any price difference. The product must be unused and in good condition.
